Peerbound is the customer intelligence platform for B2B marketers and sellers. It pulls what customers actually say from call recordings, reviews, and case studies, adds context from your CRM, and distills those insights into approved, source-linked customer proof.

For marketers, that means seeing the strongest things customers say about them in one place, with the source attached. Teams can uncover compelling quotes, results, and stories without spending hours scrubbing recordings or chasing down source material.

For sellers, it means getting the right customer proof for each deal in Slack, Teams, and their email inbox, at the moments when that intelligence can help close a deal.

Peerbound connects the entire process: finding customer insights, creating content, delivering proof to sales, and measuring how that proof affects revenue. It brings real customer experiences into the places where marketers and sellers already work.

What problem does Peerbound solve?

Buyers are drowning in AI slop. What still cuts through is something specific and credible: what a real customer said about a real result.

But turning those experiences into proof that helps close deals takes too much manual work. Customer marketers spend hours scrubbing call recordings for one usable quote, chasing customers for reviews and references, and building case studies that sales reps never find.

A customer might describe a valuable outcome during a call, but that quote stays buried in the recording. A marketing team might build a strong case study, but a rep cannot find it when a prospect asks for validation. Even when a library contains useful customer stories, keeping its quotes, metrics, and narratives current requires substantial effort.

Without relevant customer proof at hand, reps fall back on generic, AI-written pitches that buyers have learned to tune out.

Peerbound fixes both halves of that problem. It helps marketers uncover and develop the strongest customer proof, then delivers that proof to sellers at the moments it can help move a deal forward, and in the AI tools they are already using.

Customer marketing teams at Braze, Canva, Gong, Lattice, and Motive use Peerbound to give sales the exact proof each deal needs and tie customer marketing directly to revenue, with a fraction of the manual work.

Here’s how.

How does Peerbound work?

Peerbound organizes customer proof into a connected workflow: Find, Create, Deliver, Measure, and AEO, with an MCP server that makes approved proof available in other AI tools.

1. Find: Uncover the strongest things customers say

Peerbound’s Find Agent surfaces Moments: high-value customer quotes buried in call recordings. It brings those Moments together with customer proof from reviews and case studies, plus context from your CRM.

Instead of manually scrubbing recordings for one usable line, marketers can see valuable customer statements in one place, with their sources attached. That connection to the original source makes it possible to trace a proof point back to the customer’s words.

Lattice has found 18,000 Moments with Peerbound. “We’ve attributed almost $13 million in deal value and closed-won ARR directly to this customer proof we’ve uncovered and used in deals,” said Kerry Wheeler, director of product marketing at Lattice.

The opportunity is twofold: capture more customer quotes and turn previously buried customer proof into something marketing and sales can use.

2. Create: Turn customer conversations into stories and reviews

Peerbound’s Create Agent turns Moments into on-brand customer stories, with the source quote attached. That gives marketers a starting point grounded in actual customer experience rather than a blank page.

The Create Agent also supports review programs. It drafts reviews using the customer’s own words from their calls, lets teams send those drafts to customers, and tracks progress on a Kanban board until reviews are live on G2 or Gartner Peer Insights.

The draft supports the customer’s review process. It does not replace the customer’s participation.

Jane Menyo, Head of Solutions Marketing at Gong, describes the depth of the resulting reviews: “The reviews were over two and a half times longer than our traditional reviews, which, in terms of impact, means better performance in SEO and AEO and greater visibility in those areas. The reviews also had twice as many product mentions and five times more value prop mentions.”

Her experience illustrates how customer conversations can provide richer source material for reviews, including specific product details and descriptions of value.

3. Deliver: Put relevant customer proof into sales workflows

Peerbound’s Deliver Agent brings relevant customer proof into Slack, Teams, and email, so reps can use it to prepare for calls, address objections, and follow up with buyers.

Find and use proof in Slack or Teams

Before a call, a rep can ask Peerbound for proof matched to their deal, the prospect’s sector, or the product they’re selling. They can ask follow-up questions to explore a customer’s experience in more detail or narrow the results to a specific use case, outcome, or objection.

Alongside the proof, reps can check logo rights and see which quotes are approved for public attribution or anonymous use. That helps them understand how they can share the customer proof with a buyer.

One sales rep at a people management company messaged a customer marketer to say: “I would be pretty devastated without this tool and the Slack integration—it’s amazing.”

Get proactive proof as soon as a prospect call ends

The moment a prospect call ends, Peerbound emails the rep relevant customer proof for that deal, so it is waiting in their inbox before they start their follow-up.

The email highlights questions and objections the prospect raised and pairs them with customer proof that addresses those concerns. Reps can copy and paste that content into their follow-up email rather than searching for supporting quotes themselves.

Saad Ahmed, Strategic Account Executive at Everlaw, describes the experience: “What is this magic? I love these emails automagically showing up in my inbox after my call.”

Together, on-demand access in Slack and Teams and proactive post-call emails bring customer proof into the workflows reps already use, making it easier to find relevant proof and share it appropriately with buyers.

4. Measure: Connect customer proof to deal outcomes

Peerbound’s Measure Agent connects customer proof used in sales calls to the corresponding deals in your CRM, helping customer marketers show how their programs influence revenue, win rates, and deal outcomes. It captures proof usage automatically from calls and CRM data, with no attribution model to configure or dashboard to build.

Measurement is grounded in what the rep actually said during a sales conversation. Each use of customer proof is linked to a rep, a call, and a deal, giving teams visibility into how their proof reaches buyers. Results can be broken down by story, advocate, rep, and deal, and teams can filter views using their own Salesforce fields to examine performance across relevant segments.

Those insights help customer marketers decide where to invest next: which stories to refresh, where to fill gaps in their proof library, and which reps may benefit from coaching on using customer proof. They also bring revenue figures and win-rate comparisons into budget conversations, alongside the stories, reviews, and references the team produces.

“Across all new business deals, we see a 2.5 times increase in win rate on deals that use proof versus those that do not, which is huge,” said Chris Dalton, Principal, Customer Marketing at Gainsight. “There are very few other tactics a sales rep can easily implement to increase their win rates by over 2x.”

5. AEO: Make customer proof accessible to AI search

Peerbound’s AEO Agent publishes customer proof on your own domain with schema markup, making it easier for AI search engines to read and cite real customer experiences.

AEO stands for answer engine optimization. It extends the reach of your customer proof beyond sales conversations, helping make that proof discoverable when prospective buyers use AI tools to research products. Structured information gives those systems content they can interpret and potentially reference in their answers.

Publishing proof on your website also gives prospects a place to explore customer experiences and sellers a direct link to share.

AlphaSense uses Peerbound to make its customer proof available on its own website. “It’s not only proof to sales but also for prospects checking our website,” said Michelle Reeb, Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy at AlphaSense. “Now, the sales teams can just send customers a link with the proof on it, instead of having to copy and paste or do whatever they did in the past.”

6. MCP: Bring approved proof into other AI tools

The Peerbound MCP server connects approved customer proof to the AI tools a team already uses. MCP, or Model Context Protocol, provides a way for those tools to access your customer proof library in Peerbound while helping create emails, decks, posts, or meeting preparation materials.

Chris Dalton used Peerbound MCP to refresh a Gainsight library of about 120 customer stories. “Claude rebuilt all of those slides, calling Peerbound each time to inform quotes, update use cases, and revise metrics,” Dalton said.

Dalton also described a Gainsight rep planning to incorporate Peerbound MCP into preparation for introductory meetings, discovery calls, and workshops.

This extends Peerbound beyond a destination people visit to find proof, making approved customer proof available inside the AI-assisted work they are already doing.

Who is Peerbound for?

Peerbound serves B2B teams that need to turn customer experience into credible marketing and sales proof:

  • Sales and sales enablement teams that need relevant validation for specific deals and buyer conversations.

  • Teams using AI tools that want drafts and preparation materials grounded in approved customer proof.

Across those roles, Peerbound connects what customers say with what marketers create and sellers share. It finds customer proof, turns it into useful content, and delivers it where deals happen. Customer marketers can give sales the exact proof each deal needs and tie their programs directly to revenue, with a fraction of the manual work.
