It started with a Slack message.
One of Nectar's sales managers pinged Holly Higgins with a request that, on the surface, sounded small. He needed a "can't-miss" cheat sheet of vertical-specific talking points for a demo. He wanted language that would make the rep on the call sound like someone who actually understood the prospect's world, not someone reading off a script built for a different industry.
Holly is a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Nectar (a verified Peerbound customer). She knew Peerbound had already been capturing calls, quotes, and customer stories across Nectar's customer base. The raw material was there. The problem was timing. Reps needed that proof before walking into a demo for a vertical they'd never sold into, and nobody was going to pause and search a content library in that window.
So she built something.
The Workflow That Started as a Favor
Holly set up the Peerbound MCP with Claude. The integration gave her a way to pull customer proof directly into an AI workflow instead of manually searching for it every time a rep raised a hand.
The workflow pulls calls, quotes, and customer stories from Peerbound, filtered to a specific target vertical. It surfaces how real customers in that vertical actually talk about their pain points (workforce challenges, retention, ROI) using their language rather than Nectar's marketing copy, then synthesizes a short list of proof points a rep should reference during the demo.
Holly's editorial instinct is what made the output useful. A rep walking into a healthcare demo doesn't need everything Nectar has ever done for healthcare customers. They need the three things that will make a prospect lean in and think, "these people get us." Holly designed the workflow to surface just those three things and leave everything else behind.
From One-Off to Daily Habit
The cheat sheet started as a favor for one sales manager. It didn't stay that way.
Once the team saw what the MCP workflow could produce, one of Nectar's founders took it a step further. He connected the workflow to his Google Calendar so it runs automatically every day. Before each meeting, he gets a proof-backed briefing pulled from Peerbound data, matched to that day's prospects, their verticals, and the customer language that maps to their world. The whole thing runs without Holly touching it.

That means a founder walks into a meeting already knowing what real customers in that vertical care about, how they describe their results, and which stories will land.
A Signal Worth Paying Attention To
Holly also flagged something her team noticed while working in Peerbound that has nothing to do with sales enablement. They've been seeing interesting moments from non-HR titles, people outside Nectar's core ICP, and they're starting to explore what those buyers find valuable. It's early, but Holly's paying attention to it, which is the same instinct that turned a Slack request into a founder's daily workflow.
Congratulations, Holly!
