What You'll Do

Your two main responsibilities will be (i) transforming data into insights and (ii) automating business processes. You’ll work across go-to-market, product, customer success, and leadership to solve problems, improve how we run, and build systems we can scale. We’re looking for someone who loves dashboards, data analysis, is comfortable using AI tools, takes real ownership, and will get their hands dirty. You’ll report directly to our Head of Operations and Customer Success.

Own GTM and product operations. Run the operational and administrative backbone of the go-to-market function, from opportunity/pipeline management through onboarding and go-live with customers. Build a product operations function from the ground up, improving how we track product usage and generate alerts on customer engagement, risk, and expansion signals. Create metrics that help us understand what is happening across our customer base.

Build workflows and automations. Your goal is to remove repetitive labor out of every job at Peerbound. You will identify repetitive work across all functions and build automations and systems that eliminate manual effort and improve how fast we can move at Peerbound.

Execute special projects. Deliver strategic analysis, content, and messaging in support leadership and board meetings. Lead the process for capturing customer stories for a key account, including interviewing executives, creating content, and turning insights into usable internal and external assets.

Who You Are

You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or a similar role, with a technical degree in engineering, finance, mathematics, or demonstrated interest in coding or automation using AI.

You are a clear, confident communicator that is comfortable in front of executives and solves problems from first principles. You are technically curious and excited at the prospect of using AI and other tools to automate repeatable workflows.

You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to turn complex problems and processes into simplicity. You are low-ego and willing to do what it takes to make the company successful.

You are excited to work in person in our Midtown Manhattan office five days per week.

Compensation

$144,000 to $162,000/year plus meaningful equity and benefits (fully covered medical / vision / dental, 401K, flexible PTO). In-person in NYC, 5 days in-office.

You'll also be the person who finds where we're doing things the slow way and builds the systems to fix it. AI can change how we work for the better, but we need someone who understands the business deeply enough to know where it actually matters.
